BT Speedtest

If you believe your ADSL connection is running at a below standard speed then you will need run the BT SpeedTest.

  1. Log onto your router.
  2. Where your existing ADSL username and password is please change the details to:
    Username: speedtest@speedtest_domain
    Password: griffin
  3. Once logged on go to http://www.speedtester.bt.com
    Note: If the above site won't load then try the following two url's:
    http://217.35.209.142 or http://217.32.105.42
  4. Run the tests on the site and take screen shots of the results.
  5. Log back in to your ADSL account.
  6. Email support@griffin.com with the returned speed and if possible screen shots, re-member to include your account number.
