Any orders placed on this system will be billed by Griffin direct to the customer at standard Griffin retail prices. We provide web content covering the Griffin products, line testers and access to our Customer Control Centre to compliment the web ordering link.
- We offer provide full Technical and Sales training to increase your knowledge about ADSL, help you understand Griffin’s portfolio and USPs, help you understand the UK broadband market and to maximise your sales techniques. Resellers passing our training course will achieve Certified Griffin Reseller status.
- We offer full marketing support documents an a Reseller Forum as part of our secure Reseller portal.
- Each month when the customer pays the bill we record the commission amount appropriate to the service the customer has paid for. At the end of each month we send you a statement 'of accrued commission' against which you can invoice us.
- Griffin has sole responsibility for collecting money from the customer and we keep you updated in advance of any price or service changes planned.
- Griffin can provide all technical support to the customer. If you so wish your responsibility can end once the customer places the order.
