Anti-bribery and corruption policy

Griffin is subject to the UK Bribery Act 2010, as well as to other applicable local economic crime regulations and legislation. The Griffin Anti-Bribery and Corruption (ABC) Policy applies to all Griffin employees and is designed to ensure that they know how to identify and manage the legal, regulatory and reputational risks associated with bribery and corruption.

In addition to the general prohibition against engaging in bribery and corruption (giving and receiving), the policy contains the minimum risk-based control requirements (including ABC review and oversight) that all Griffin employees must follow.
