Adam Moulson‍—‌Chief Commercial Officer, Griffin

Adam heads up the commercial function at Griffin. He is also a founder and former Chief Commercial Officer of Form3, which provides critical real-time payments infrastructure to banks and fintechs such as Lloyds, Nationwide, and Square. Prior to starting Form3, he was a country manager at SWIFT.

Karan Shanmugarajah‍—‌CEO, WealthKernel

Karan Shanmugarajah is the CEO of WealthKernel, a leading provider of digital investment infrastructure. Karan and his team founded WealthKernel in 2015 after recognizing the limitations of existing wealth infrastructure and legacy wealth businesses that were not designed to meet the needs of a digitized world. Karan has also founded a not-for-profit organization that focuses on supporting the Tamil community in London by networking, promoting entrepreneurial growth, and providing opportunities for growth.

Ian Gass‍—‌Chief Product Officer, Marygold & Co.

Ian leads the product function at Marygold & Co. He has over two decades of experience across financial services as SaaS businesses. During his career he has designed and delivered several financial services products, including the implementation of the associated operating infrastructure. His expertise covers payments, securities, derivatives, and identity.

Miroslava Betinova‍—‌Head of Fintech, Griffin

Miroslava is the Head of Fintech at Griffin. With passion for all things fintech, paytech and banking, she previously led the European fintech footprint expansion at Edenred Payment Services (formerly PPS). She is a keen networker, moderator and always happy to talk about all things fintech related.
