Allen was a founder and former CTO of CircleCI. He has also advised prominent financial technology firms on their internal technology development and helped Funding Circle stress-test a new version of its internal ledger technology.

Adam is a founder and former Chief Commercial Officer of Form3, which provides critical real-time payments infrastructure to banks and fintechs such as Lloyds, Nationwide, and Square. Prior to starting Form3, he was a country manager at SWIFT.

Chad has spent over a decade leading finance teams in banks and fintechs. Most recently, he was CFO at Starling International, and has also held Finance Director roles at Virgin Money and Lloyds Banking Group.

Dora was an Assistant Director at BDO, specialising in prudential risk management. She has held CRO roles at UBL, Union Bank and The Commonwealth Trade Bank and led operational risk teams at Legal & General, Barclays, and Lloyds.

Jenna has built her career in high-growth fintech and banking start-ups. She was most recently Chief People Officer for GB Bank and is known for designing and nurturing human, inclusive cultures that create value and have an enduring positive impact.

Ed has been leading operations in banking and payments companies for over a decade. At JP Morgan, he led the establishment of a new corporate bank in Luxembourg, treasury transformation in Singapore and the bank’s global transition to ISO20022. Most recently, he was Director for Business Operations at Chipper Cash.

Elin is a co-founder and former Chief Operating Officer of Salve, a VC-backed health tech company. Prior to this, Elin qualified as an accountant and spent 10 years investigating financial crime around the world.

Amy has a decade of corporate governance experience in high-growth fintechs. She previously held governance roles at Wise and Hargreaves Lansdown. Amy qualified as a solicitor in Australia and is an ICSA Chartered Company Secretary.

James has 20 years of experience building successful digital products and high performing teams. He has held previous roles as a Product Owner, CTO, and Head of Engineering, and has advised leadership teams and coached C-level executives.

John was the CEO of Zenith Bank from 2013 to 2017 and prior to that he was the CEO of the European Islamic Investment Bank. He spent 19 years at Bank of America and was COO of its European subsidiary. John chairs our board.

Amy has held executive positions in lending, risk and operations at Wonga, OneSavings Bank and Bank of America. Prior to moving to the UK, she was Director of Credit for MBNA America. Amy also sits on the Boards of Monzo and FCMB Bank (UK) Ltd.

Naomi has 25 years of experience across people, commercial, operational and product roles, and has spent more than ten years in leadership roles for Software as a Service organisations. She has extensive experience managing rapid scale-ups. Naomi chairs our People and Governance Committee.

Doug has 10 years of senior management experience in UK banking. He was CRO and Director of Crown Agents Bank. Before that, he was CFO for Crown Agents Bank and Director for the Northern Trust Ireland Pension Plan. Doug chairs our Risk Committee.

Kaushik is a founder in the FX/multicurrency industry and seasoned executive with experience leading product teams at Stripe and Meta. As partner at EQT Ventures, Europe’s largest early stage VC fund, Kaushik leads investment in product-led technology businesses in the UK.
