Lorraine Mouat‍—‌Partner Payment Services, Thistle Initiatives

Lorraine is a Partner at Thistle Initiatives and leads a team of skilled individuals to deliver a variety of projects for a range of PSPs and EMIs. This includes conducting safeguarding audits and advising on new regulatory initiatives. Lorraine has extensive industry and consultancy experience, focusing on developing compliance frameworks, systems and controls, compliance monitoring, organisational culture, and conduct risk.

James Dickie‍—‌Partner CMS

James is a Partner in the CMS UK Financial Services Regulatory team, having first qualified there in August 2013 after training at the firm. James’s specialises in supporting financial services providers that offer consumer-linked financial products, with a particular focus on banking and payment services activities. He supports a wide range of payment services clients, from large scale banks and through to new entrant fintech entities, and on to payment instrument issuers. This allows James to understand all aspects of the industry and allows clients to benefit from both his knowledge of FCA expectations at all stages of a payment service provider’s life-cycle.

Adam Moulson‍—‌Chief Commercial Officer, Griffin

Adam heads up the commercial function at Griffin. He is also a founder and former Chief Commercial Officer of Form3, which provides critical real-time payments infrastructure to banks and fintechs such as Lloyds, Nationwide, and Square. Prior to starting Form3, he was a country manager at SWIFT.
