We've noticed that users of the investment app Grifin sometimes contact us looking for support. This is an easy mistake to make as our support emails are almost identical!
For clarity:
- We are Griffin (double “ff”), the UK-based bank for companies that are building financial products.
- We are not Grifin (one “f”), a US-based investing platform for consumers.
Despite the similar name, we have no connection to the investing platform. Please double-check you have the correct support email (one "f" vs two).
