Are you looking for help with the Grifin investment app?

We've noticed that users of the investment app Grifin sometimes contact us looking for support. This is an easy mistake to make as our support emails are almost identical!

For clarity:

  • We are Griffin (double “ff”), the UK-based bank for companies that are building financial products.
  • We are not Grifin (one “f”), a US-based investing platform for consumers.

Despite the similar name, we have no connection to the investing platform. Please double-check you have the correct support email (one "f" vs two).
