Is my business account FSCS protected?
Many businesses are eligible for FSCS protection, regardless of size—there is no size test. For a full list of those ineligible, see Depositor Protection in the PRA Rulebook.
Important: If you operate multiple businesses, each one that is a separate legal entity is protected up to £120,000 individually. If your businesses are branches of the same legal entity, they are treated as one business with a single £120,000 limit across all accounts within the same bank.
