When will our customers receive withdrawals made from bare trust accounts?
Our current withdrawals schedule is:
| Withdrawal request time | Time payment is sent |
| Before 12:00pm on a working day | From 4:00pm the same day |
| After 12:00pm on a working day | From 4:00pm the next working day |
| On weekends and public holidays | From 4:00pm the next working day |
All times are UK time (GMT / BST).
If withdrawals are delayed for any other reason, we will be as transparent as possible about the cause of the delay.
We pay interest on balances as of 5pm UK time. When your customer submits a withdrawal request after 12pm on a working day (or on a weekend or public holiday), those funds will continue to earn interest until they are paid out the next working day at 4pm. Funds don't earn interest on the day they're paid out, as they leave the account before 5pm.
