How do I pay my invoice?

On the first day of each month, we email you an invoice for the previous month along with an itemised list of everything you’ve been billed for. At the same time, we automatically deduct the total amount owed from your primary account.

You don’t need to take any action, but you should make sure you have enough money in your account to cover the payment. If you don’t, we will attempt to take the payment on each subsequent day until we are successful. We will charge interest on payments that are more than 30 days overdue.
