My Windows device only gives me the security key option, how do I register a phone?
Windows offers Windows Hello as the first option for registering a passkey, with a security key as the only other option shown.
To use your phone, you may need to reject using the security key by clicking Cancel. A new pop-up should then present you with alternative options, including Use a phone or tablet.
